Steller Jay Creative Learning Center is a dynamic hub dedicated to nurturing academic, creative, and personal growth. It functions as both an educational center for Neurodivergent learners as well as a mixed media art space offering camps and workshops to central Oregons young artists . Jay Carlton and Cami Green have been both academic and creative arts educators for many decades. And they still have passion for both.
